SVN access means you give up control of your entire repo (at least for that project). 

I see pastebin as a quick form of collaboration between people who may not have access to your entire project.

I've used in the past to show some flow control logic to people to get advise on a better approach etc

It's really only for the micro level</description>

Or, better still, get a source control repository and have even more control, and not worry about even copying and pasting code - you'd just commit it like you normally would, and the other person can commit their changes, and so forth.</description>
