		<description>@Tom - yep, that is in ms. At just over 4 seconds per record for 56,000 rows isn't that quick. But solution #3 is nice and speedy!

I guess OFFSET goes straight to the row it wants, perhaps much like a primary key or non-clustered index would.</description>
